Creating and Sending AutoPushes
What is an AutoPush?
An AutoPush is an automatic scheduled notification/message set to be sent to subscribers of a campaign at a certain interval.
Creating an AutoPush
To create an AutoPush start by navigating to the campaign you would like to set up the AutoPush for, clicking the "gear" icon and selecting "View Details" from the drop-down menu.
Inside the dashboard of the campaign you chose, there will be an "AutoPushes" section. Select "Add New Autopush".
Next, you will see the "New Autopush" box. Here you will be able to create and customize your AutoPush notification!
First, start by either selecting an icon or uploading your own. If uploading your own, make sure the image is a jpeg, png, or gif format, and that it is square in dimension (200 x 200) for best results.
You will then need to input a title up to 30 characters long, a body description up to 60 characters long, and the URL your users will be taken to when clicking on the notification. Make sure that your URL starts with http:// or https://.
The next section is titled "When Should We Send This?", this section allows you to set the amount of days after a person subscribes before the notification will be sent. For example, if set to 0 the user will receive the notification as soon as they choose to allow push notifications from your website. Pro users are able to set AutoPush notifications to be sent up to 90 days after a person has subscribed to their notifications.
Make sure to select "Save AutoPush" when done! You have now created an AutoPush for your campaign!
Managing Your AutoPushes
In order to manage your AutoPushes for a campaign, you will first need to navigate to the "Campaign" section of your dashboard, click the "gear" icon, and select "View Details".
Inside of your chosen campaigns dashboard, you will see the "AutoPushes" section. Here you will be able to "Edit" or "Delete" your created AutoPushes at anytime using the prospective buttons.
